Stored only on your device

• Saved stories and followed teams or players (browser local storage). They don't sync between devices.
• A random device ID and a random session ID, used for the anonymous usage counts below.

Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of it. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies.

Anonymous usage events

To learn whether the beta is useful, your browser sends us a short event when you:

• open a story,
• click through to an original post,
• search (only whether it found anything, how many results, the query's length and the matching team or player ID; never what you typed),
• save a story.

Each event holds the event type, time, the random device and session IDs, and a story or team/player ID. It contains no name, email, account or IP address. Events are deleted after 90 days. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, no events are sent.

Feedback reports

When you report a problem we store the issue type, your optional note, the story ID and the random device ID (used to limit spam). We don't ask for your name or email. Please don't include personal information in the note. Reports are deleted after 180 days.

Searches and requests

Your search text is sent to our server to look up stored stories and is not saved by us. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit abusive request rates and is not stored by us.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request logs (including the page address, which can contain a search term, and IP address) to run and secure the service, under its own retention policy. Our database provider is Supabase.

Content from X

For stories we store X post IDs, links, author handles, publication times and the team, player and topic tags we derive. We don't store post text or media. Records are deleted after 30 days, and posts that are deleted or become unavailable are removed from stories. No AI processes X content. See Coverage and methodology.
